+To dispatch a Part Request, click the Dispatch Parts button. In the pop-up window, select the Stock Site you wish to transfer the Parts from, and the quantity. When you click Save, the Stock will be moved to the Engineer's Stock Site, and the on-screen 'Qty Outstanding' should then change to reflect the updated values.

 ==== Attachments ====
+The Attachments tab is used to store files against a record. Many screens have an attachments tab, but all function in the same way.

+To add a new Attachment, click the 'Add Attachment' button or drag & drop your file onto the yellow box.
+You can then view and download these whenever you need to using the eye and download buttons on the record.
+To Edit an attachment, click on the pencil icon on the left of the list. This will open up the edit window where you can re-upload it, change the description or change it's privacy settings.

+The Convert tab isn't a tab as such, it's a dropdown which gives you the option to convert your Call into a Quote. Clicking this will give you a pop-up window to confirm this, and then it will transfer you to the Quote Add page, with details populated from the Call.
