 The Diary is a section within the Call Module which can be used to plan, schedule and manage [[Call|Calls]] within Call2Field. This screen can be opened as a new tab from the Nav Bar.
+Double clicking on a Call will open it in a new tab. There is also a button at the top of the screen which allows you to add an Activity. These are entries in the diary which aren't a Call, such as a holiday, sick day etc.
+When you hover over a call or an activity, you can see details about the call or event.

+On the appointment tile, in the top left corner is the call icon which will be black or white if the call is confirmed, or not confirmed respectively, followed by the call number on a background based on the Call Status colour. The rest of the tile shows the site name, county and postcode of the job on a background based on the call type.
+In the popup there are some quick reference details about the call or activity, including the date and times, confirmation status, Call Status, Call Type and site address.
+You can also right click on this to edit the call or activity. Editing a call will open a new browser tab with the call edit screen, while editing an activity will open a popup over the diary.

 ==== Call List ====
+The Call List within Diary is used to get a list of jobs that can be used to easily assign and organize Calls within the Diary. This can be opened by clicking the small arrow on the sidebar on the left. This can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the edge of the sidebar

+This list can be filtered by dates, employee or by using the columns to filter results.

 ==== Settings ====
+The Settings section is where you can manage your Diary settings. This is open by default as a sidebar on the right, but can be closed by clicking the arrow symbol in the middle. It's size can also be adjusted by clicking and dragging the edge of the sidebar to the desired size.

+From here, you can customize your Settings which can be changed include which types of 'task' can be viewed (Call, Call Events, Activities), Statuses of Calls/Events, and which Engineers will appear.
+Settings can be saved at any time by clicking the save button in the top left corner (Highlighted). This will then show as a custom diary in the main Nav Bar.
