| Within the mapping settings you can choose if you want to be able to calls, sites and engineer location info. you can also specify what call types, status areas and engineers to view specifically e.g. to view one specific engineers calls swell as their Van location. | To access the Settings for Mapping, click the Settings button on the top-right of the screen. Within this Settings section, you can specify which icons you'd like to see using the 'What to show' dropdown. There are also filters for Call Status, date range, [[Customer]], [[Area]], [[Call Type]], [[Employee|Engineer]], and [[Custom Code]]. |

| You can also choose how often the map itself updates in minutes, once you have made your specific settings/filters be sure to click the "Refresh Map" button, this will update the map to show the filters you've just applied. | You can also see any errors in the dropdown on the right.
