When you add the equipment, in the serial number field, we recommend formatting it as "RENTAL - FleetNumber". This will ensure that you don't lose track of which piece of equipment is which on a site.

+You should also set parts and labour to Not Billable, in case the equipment needs repairs while it is out on hire. This does depend on your business processes as you might still apply a callout charge to rental equipment.
