+The Sales settings are part of the sales module, here you can assign assign colours to the priority levels that exist within the sales module. To access this, click your Username on the top-right and choose System Settings.

+When the System Settings Sidebar opens, select Sales Settings

+here you can change the colours of all the priority levels of opportunities in the sales module, you can change the colour of a priority level by clicking the dropdown menus and selecting the appropriate colour.
+You can also choose to automatically complete an activity when you create a follow up using the tick box.
+When you have made all the changed that you need to make, click the save button to save the changes.
