+===== Title Code =====
+The Title Code is used to define the role/title of a contact when viewing a [[company|]] in the sales module, the title code can be anything from MR, MRS or DR.

+When adding a new company in the [[company|]] section of the sales module, you can add a contact to said company, this will usually be the current person you are in contact with in that company, when adding their contact info you can assign them a title, it is an optional field so you do not need to fill it out.

+You can also add new Title codes, this can be done by navigating to the settings tab, selecting the [[codes|]] option and then selecting the "Title" code from list of cods, here you will be shown a list of all the Title codes that currently exist on the system.
+To add a new code click the "Add New Title" button, a new blank row will appear. Here you'll need to fill in a new code and description, the "Code column is where you'll  put an abbreviated version of the titles name e.g. "Madam" would become "MDM".
+The Description field is where you'll put the full name of the title, this is the part that will be display when it is selected on the company contact section. you can then save the new title code by clicking the "tick" icon to the far right of the row.

+you can edit any of them by clicking the "pencil" icon next to each code, here you can make any necessary changes to the code. once you have done this, simply click the "tick" icon to save these changes
