 To add a new User, Go to the User list in the Codes menu and click Add New User. To add a new User, Go to the User list in the Codes menu and click Add New User.

 +To view or edit a User record, click the pencil icon to the right of the Username from the list. This will open a pop-up window with the User record populated. The Username can't be changed as this is the key field, but all other fields can be edited.
