===== Calll Note Logging =====

Call Note Logging allows you to choose which actions are auto-saved as Call Notes. To access this, click your Username on the top-right and choose System Settings.

When the System Settings Sidebar opens, select Call Note Logging.

here you can choose which actions will result in a Call Note being logged. These changes are based around the [[Custom Code]], the [[Employee|Engineer]], and the [[Call Type]]

When you have made all the changed that you need to make, click the save button to save the changes.
