Activity List

The Activity list is where you can see and schedule activities for all companies, the activities you can schedule can be for new customers that aren't on the system yet, or you can create activities for existing companies.

to create an activity, click the “add new activity” option at the top right of the page, a page will open where you ill need to fill in the name of the company the activity is for, the type of activity it is (e.g a demo of the system or any training), as well as the date the activity is set to take place.

once you have filled in this info, you can click the “add new” button at the bottom of the window to save the activity


view and Modify activity

You can view and activity simply by double clicking on the activity, or by clicking the pencil icon on the left of the record, the same window will open. Here you can make any changes to the fields of the activity e.g changing the date of the activity. once you have made these changes you can click the “update” button to apply them.
