General Account Settings

The General Account Settings page contains three settings which are user-specific. To access this, click your Username on the top-right and choose Account Settings.

When the Account Settings Sidebar opens, the general account settings will open by default.

Within this tab, you have three settings:

• Enable Signature Capture
  • This allows the user to view and add Signatures to Field Reports using the Online version.

• Filter Call Type Codes (Call Add)
  • This will only show the Call Types that a Customer's Contract has charges set up for.

• Enable Call Status Screen
  • This will toggle on/off the pop-up information window that appears mid-way through adding a Call

When you have made all the changed that you need to make, click the save button to save the changes.
