The General System Settings page is used to control options which affect all users. To access this, click your Username on the top-right and choose System Settings.
When the System Settings Sidebar opens the general system settings will open by default. If you are on a different settings page, they can be accessed by clicking “General”.
Each setting is detailed below:

Call Reference Flag Description | The name/description which appears against an optional tickbox on the Call screen |
Custom Code Label | The name/description which appears against an optional dropdown on the Call screen |
Call Custom Field 1 Text | The name/description which appears against an additional text field on the Call screen |
Call Custom Field 2 Text | The name/description which appears against an additional text field on the Call screen |
Make Custom Code Mandatory | Make the Custom Code field mandatory within the Call/Field Report screens |
Ignore Cover Times for Call Add | Response/Fix times work in real-time, not working time |
Log Call Status Changes | Any changes to Call Status are recorded in the database |
Attachments in Database | Store attachments within the database |
Disable Change Log | Disable the background log that records all changes and actions within the system |
When you have made all the changed that you need to make, click the save button to save the changes.
