Clicking on the Call option under the call Module will open a list view that displays all the calls starting from the most recently added .
From this view, you can raise new call by clicking the “Add New Call” button on the top let of the screen, or you can double click a call to load the info in it. you can also type in the column headers to filter/search for specific info such as call types or customer names, this will auto update to show the most relevant info to what you type in
