The Problem Code is a dropdown field which can be used when adding a Call. It is an optional field, but can be very useful when reporting or trying to categorize your jobs based on the type of issue.
Problem Codes are similar to Fault and Repair codes, however they are filled in by the person taking the Call, using information usually given by the Site Contact.
The Problem Code can be found within the Codes list.
Adding or editing the Problem Code will open a pop-up window.
