The adjustment screen lets you add stock (if you have more than wat is specified on system) quantity and request part movement for your area. The adjust page is located in the “stock” drop-down menu to the left of the screen.

On the adjust page there is an option where you can pick the site and the adjustment code you want to apply to the stock. The Adjustment code is the way of stating if your adding, moving or requesting a stock item to be moved.

To adjust the quantity for an item of stock, first select a site from the “Stock Site Number” filter at the top of the screen. Then click the “Adjustment Code” drop-down and select the “add” option from the list that appears.

Then select an item of stock that you wish to adjust, click on the “New Quantity” field of the stock item, then either input a specific number or you can use the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase the quantity by one at a time.

Once you are happy with the amount you wish to add to the “New Quantity” field, click the “Adjust Stock” button, and the changes you’ve made will be saved for that stock item.
