Adjustment
The Adjustment codes are used in the “Adjust” section of the “Stock Module”, they specify if you are adding, moving or requesting movement of stock from one site to another.

When on the adjust section after selecting a site to adjust the stock of, select an adjustment code then select the stock you would like this to be applied to. then simply click the “Adjust stock” Button to apply that adjust code to that stock item.

To add a new adjustment code go to the codes option in the settings sections, then click on the “Adjustment” option, then you'll be presented with a list of all the adjustment codes.

If you wish to add a new code, click the “ Add New Adjustment” option and a widow will open with blank Code, description and adjustment type fields. The code field is where you can give the adjustment code an abbreviated name or number e.g. “ADD”, the Description field is where you give the adjustment code a name e.g. “Add Stock”. And the “Adjustment Type” field is where you can assign what type of adjustment the new code will do e.g. “move”.
After filling out those fields, you can save the new code by clicking the “ Update” option, you can also click the “cancel” option if you wish to cancel adding a new code.
