Calll Note Logging
Call Note Logging allows you to choose which actions are auto-saved as Call Notes. to see this setting, navigate to the system settings section.
here you can choose which modifications you would like to be logged
Once you have ticked the ones you want, be sure to click the save settings option to keep those preferences saved.
