The Contract Type Code is used to determine the level of a Contract, for example what their standard level of cover is, whether they get any discount on [Parts]] and Labour etc.

The Contract Type list will display all of the current Codes, and allow you to edit or create new ones if necessary.

When you click Add New Contract Type, it will open as a pop-up window as there are multiple fields to fill in.

• they also appear on the customer page and can be linked to the customers sites
