The Cover Code is used to specify working time. This can then be set up to either be the system default (using a pre-made Code) or can be used in conjunction with a Contract or Contract Type to give a specific working time for a particular Customer or their Sites/Equipment

The Cover Code list will show all Cover Codes, and allow you to edit or add new.

When you click Add New Cover, it will open a pop-up window. The majority of these fields are mandatory.

• Cover Codes can be set against a Contract Type Code, or against a Contract in general
• Cover Codes can be set against an Equipment record to override the standard Contract's cover
