Custom Codes
The Custom Code is a dropdown field within the Call screen which is designed to be used as a dropdown, and can act as a secondary status, or 'job stage'.
The Custom Code can be given it's own name under the General System Settings screen.
To add, view or edit Custom Codes, open the list within the Codes menu.
To add a new Custom code click the “Add New Custom Code” option, a new row will appear on the list view. You'll need to give the new code a description and a code (abbreviation) in order to save it, if you tick the “is default” it will make this those the default one that is assigned when a new call is raised.

If a custom code is no longer needed, you can tick the “Is Inactive” option and the custom code will no longer appear when raising a new call, it will however remain on all previous calls that have it set as their sub status.
