Call2Field Help Manual

The Custom Code is a dropdown field within the Call screen which is designed to be used as a dropdown, and can act as a secondary status, or 'job stage'. The Custom Code can be given it's own name under the General System Settings screen. Once the name has been changed, this is what the field will appear as wherever it is shown.

To add, view or edit Custom Codes, open the list within the Codes menu.

Custom Codes can be added directly into the list.

• Custom Code appears on the main Call screen
• Custom Code can be used to filter the Monitor

• Custom Codes are used on the call screen and can be changed depending on the current stage of work on a call
