The Diary is a section within the Call Module which can be used to plan, schedule and manage Calls within Call2Field. This screen can be opened as a new tab from the Nav Bar.

Double clicking on a Call will open it in a new tab. There is also a button at the top of the screen which allows you to add an Activity. These are entries in the diary which aren't a Call, such as a holiday, sick day etc.

The Diary has different ways that it can be viewed, which may come in handy for different purposes. These are detailed below:

Call
When you hover over a call or an event, you can see details about the call or event.

On the appointment tile, in the top left corner is the call icon which will be black or white if the call is confirmed, or not confirmed respectively, followed by the call number, on a background based on the Call Status colour.

In the popup there are some quick reference details about the call or event, including the date and times, confirmation status, Call Status, Call Type and site address.

Day
The Day view shows any chosen day for all Engineers.

Week
The Week view shows any chosen week for all Engineers.

Month
The Month view shows any chosen month for all Engineers.

Agenda
The Agenda view works more as an 'appointment list' style view, showing only the Calls or events that are in the diary rather than all available dates/times.

Timeline
The Timeline view is an alternate 'day' view, which shows Engineers down the side and time across the top. The work day is shown in white, while out of hours is shown in a light grey. This is controlled by your default cover code.

Timeline Week
The Timeline Week view is laid out in the same way as the Timeline view, but this time rather than showing hours, will show days.

Timeline Month
The Timeline Month view is laid out in the same way as the Timeline Week view, but shows the whole month instead of just a week

The Call List within Diary is used to get a list of jobs that can be used to easily assign and organize Calls within the Diary. This can be opened by clicking the small arrow on the sidebar on the left. This can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the edge of the sidebar

This list can be filtered by dates, employee or by using the columns to filter results.

The Settings section is where you can manage your Diary settings. This is open by default as a sidebar on the right, but can be closed by clicking the arrow symbol in the middle. It's size can also be adjusted by clicking and dragging the edge of the sidebar to the desired size.

From here, you can customize your Settings which can be changed include which types of 'task' can be viewed (Call, Call Events, Activities), Statuses of Calls/Events, and which Engineers will appear.

Settings can be saved at any time by clicking the save button in the top left corner (Highlighted). This will then show as a custom diary in the main Nav Bar.
