General Account settings
In the account settings tab there is a section called “General”, here is where you can make simple changes to your user account. These Include enabling and disabling Signature capture, toggling the call status screen etc..
Enable Signature Capture
The “Enable Signature Capture” option will toggle whether or not a field report for a call will require the engineer to give their signature at the end of the report.
