The General Account Settings page contains three settings which are user-specific. This screen can be opened by clicking your username on the top-right corner and choosing 'Account Settings'. This will open the 'General' tab.

Within this tab, you have three settings:

• Enable Signature Capture
  • Enable Signature Capture allows the user to view and add Signatures to Field Reports using the Online version.
• Filter Call Type Codes (Call Add)
• Enable Call Status Screen
