The Invoice Manager screen is used to view, export and email your Invoices. When you open this screen, you'll see a list of all Invoices within your system. From here, you can use the buttons to the left of each Invoice to either email or “print” (view as PDF).

You can also use the Filters at the top of the screen to filter your list. Simply click 'Toggle Filters' and make your choices.

To get to the Invoice Manager Screen, you can click the “Invoice Manager” option from the Invoice Module Section. You will then be presented with the Invoice Manager Screen.

On this view you can view every generated invoice on the system, you can view specific records by using the “Toggle Filters” option. Here you can filter invoices by any of the fields you wish to see.

If you wish to export an invoice click the one you want to export, the “Export”, “Print” and “Email” options should then become selectable. If you want to Print the invoice then select the “Print” option, If you Want to send the invoice to someone then select the “Email” option.

If you want to Import the email to another service, select the “Export” option, here you be given 3 file formats to export the invoice into, “Excel” “csv” and “QBO”.

When you select a format to export to, an option to then export in the selected format will appear. Click this to export the invoice, when you do this a tick will appear in the “Exported” column to indicate that the invoice has been exported.

To export Multiple Invoices, the only thing that you need to do is hold the “CTRL” button when clicking other invoices. When you then export the invoices it will export all the invoices you selected in the format you chose.

IF you want to export every invoice, there is a “Select All” option, this will select every invoice on the screen, and will export every invoice when you select the export option.
