Monitor
The Call Monitor screen part of the Call Module and is used to view and manage all of you jobs. It can be filtered and configured to display only the data that you wish to see, other users can have their own configurations of this.
Monitor View
You can access the monitor screen by clicking the “Monitor” option on the home screen, here you will be presented with a list view of all the calls on the system similar to the Call list view screen. However on this screen, calls are colour coded to represent there current response windows (these windows and colours can be changed to meet your requirements).

You can click on the three dots on the field headings to add or remove columns, or sort them.
To change your settings and apply filters, click the Settings button on the top left & the filter options will expand from the top. You can make changes to these, and then click Save Settings to save your chances. Click Close Settings to hide this section.

Once you have configured it, you can then leave it on screen, and click on Calls to open them in a separate tab.
