PO Status Codes
The PO status Codes are used on Purchase Orders to verify the current State/progress of a a Purchase order, the PO status can be changed at any time, a Po can be set as “Out for delivery” and can be changed to “delivered/completed” when the PO has been completed

To add a new PO Status, you'll need to go to the codes option in the settings tab and then lick the “PO Status” option, here you'll be shown a list of all the existing PO statuses. To Add a new PO Status code, click the “Add New PO Status” button.

A new row will open with a blank “Code” and “Description” Field, here you can fill out the code field with an abbreviation, and the description field can be filled out with the name of the code. To save the changes for this PO click the tick icon to do so.
