Purchase Order
The Purchase order screen lists all the past present and upcoming purchase orders for the system. The Purchase order is reached by navigating to the stock drop down menu on the left of the screen and clicking the “Purchase Order” option from the drop-down list.
PO List
Clicking on the “Purchase Orders” option will open a list view, this list view will show you all the Purchase orders on the system past, present and upcoming.

from here you can also load or add any of these records, to load the record just double click the record you want to view. to add a new PO, click the “Add Purchase Order” button.
Adding Purchase Order
you can add a new Purchase Order By Clicking the “Add Purchase Order” button at the top of the PO list view, you'll be taken to the PO add screen. Here you'll need to fill in the required fields such as the supplier number and the stock site you creating the PO for.

You can also change the order and ETA dates if the PO is scheduled to arrive on a specific date.

Once you have filled in the required fields and any optional fields, you can save the new PO by clicking the “Save Purchase Order”.
View/Edit
To view or edit a purchase order double click on the PO you want, that PO record will then open. Here you can view the details of the PO such as it's order and arrival dates.

There are also Additional tabs with linked records for the PO such as the “Purchase Order Lines” tab, you can view or edit the info on these tabs if you wish to.

Attachments
The Attachments tab is used to store files against a record. Many screens have an attachments tab, but all function in the same way.
To add a new Attachment, click the 'Add Attachment' button or drag & drop your file onto the yellow box. You can then view and download these whenever you need to.
