Quote
The Quote screen is used to create and manage all of your Quotes within Call2Field. It can be accessed either on the home screen or by using the Nav-Bar. Quotes can be created from scratch, or raised via the Call screen's 'Convert' option.
List View
Clicking on the Quote option on the Nav-Bar or homescreen will load the Quote List. From here, you can use the column headers or Advanced Search to filter your results, and then double click to open your chosen record. New Quotes can be added by clicking the 'Add New Quote' button at the top of the screen.
A Quote will either have the 'Customer' or 'Non Customer' column populated in the list based on whether or not it was added against a valid Customer record.
Add New Quote
To Create a new Quote, click the “Add New Quote” button at the top the Quote screen. You'll be taken to the Quote add scree, here you'll be required to fill in some fields such as the customer you are creating the quote for.

If any info needs to be added new for the quote (E.g. site) you can click the “+” icon next to the respective field and and a new record specifically this new quote.

Once all the necessary fields have been filled in, you can save the new record by clicking the “Save Quote” button at the top right of the screen.

View/Edit Quote
You Can load a new or existing quote record by double clicking on them while on the quote view screen, you can then view all the info for that quote on this screen. You can also adjust any info that needs adjusting, after doing this be sure to click the “Save” button to confirm these changes.

Attachments
The Attachments tab is used to store files against a record. Many screens have an attachments tab, but all function in the same way.
To add a new Attachment, click the 'Add Attachment' button or drag & drop your file onto the yellow box. You can then view and download these whenever you need to.
Convert
You can even convert the quote into a call via the “Convert to call” tab, to do so click the convert to call button, A window will open asking if you are sure you wish to do so, click ok to continue.

You will be taken to the “add new call” screen and the data will be auto filled in from the quote, from there, progress like adding any other new call.

Once the details are set save the call, same as you would any other, if the call is able to save a notification will appear establishing so.
