Repair
Repair Codes are utilised on equipment within field reports, the repair code is used to explain what work had to be done to a piece of equipment in order to fix it. Repair codes can be customised to be as specific as needs be, when adding a new repair code Specify the type of the repair in the “Description” field.

when you add anew repair code you will need to assign it a code to the repair code you are adding, this acts as an identifier for the repair code e.g. “REPL”. Then you you will need to give the code a description, the description as the name implies is the name of the code that you are adding e.g. “Part Needs Replacing”.

If a repair cod is no longer needed you can tick the “Not Active” option to prevent the repair code from appearing on future equipment field reports.
