The Email Settings page is used to set up emailing from Call2Field Online. This page can be found under the Account Settings menu by clicking on your username.
SMTP
If you are using SMTP, select this as the Email Type.
The SMTP Server and Port are usually standard, and can be provided by the person/company that deal with your IT/emailing. The email address and password are your own details. Tick the SSL option if you are using the SSL Port, and then click Save settings.
Microsoft
In order to use your Microsoft email to send emails please request the Tenant ID from your Email Admin. This can be used in System Settings/General:
Once this is filled out, go to Account Settings/Email and choose 'Microsoft' from the Email Type dropdown:
Use the 'Sign in with Microsoft' button. This will take you to the usual Microsoft log-on page (please ensure that the first account to log in is an admin level account as well). Fill in your Email Address and Password:
System Email Settings
Selecting the Email Type of 'System Email Settings' will use the System Settings as default. These can be found under the 'System Email' section.
Once you have done this, you should be able to send emails through Call2Field Online.
