The stock screen lets you search and filter through the stock that is stored on the system, you can search for the stock either with the “Stock Site Number” filter, or the “Stock code” filter. Stock is assigned to sites and can be moved to others within the system.

Clicking on the Stock option will open up the stock list view, here you can view and search for, add and view the stock for the system.

If you wish to find a specific piece of stock and a site that it is assigned to, simply apply the two necessary pieces of data, and if there are any stock items associated with both filters, they will be displayed in the columns below.

You can then open the stock record by double clicking on the record you want to view it, the stock view windows will then open to show you the info regarding that stock item, this includes the site its assigned to, the quantity of it etc.

If you wish to edit any stocks info when on the view screen, change any info that you need to then click the “update” option at the bottom of the window.
