The Stock screen is the first screen within the Stock Module, and is used to view, add and edit Stock records. A Stock record is a Part which exists at a Stock Site with a particular quantity. The same Part can exist across multiple Stock Sites, as each one is essentially it's own list. Stock can even be moved between Sites using the Move screen.

Clicking on the Stock option will open the Stock List, which at first will be blank. You can populate this list by using one of the two dropdown boxes at the top-right of the screen, to either choose the Stock Site, or the Part that you wish to view.

If you choose the Stock Site, you'll view all Stock for that Site, whreas if you choose the Part, you'll see a record of that Part for each of the Stock Sites it exists at. You can also use both boxes to find a particular Part on a specific Site.

You can then open the stock record by double clicking on the record you want to view it, the stock view windows will then open to show you the info regarding that stock item, this includes the site its assigned to, the quantity of it etc.

you can double click on or click the pencil icon to edit any stocks info when on the view screen, change any info that you need to then click the “update” option at the bottom of the window.

You can add a new stock item by clicking the “add new stock” at the top right of the stock screen, a stock window will open and you'll need to fill in the “Stock code” as well as assign the Site for the stock.

After filling in the required info on the add screen simply click the “update” button and the new stock item will be added.
