+The Custom Code is a dropdown field within the [[Call]] screen which is designed to be used as a dropdown, and can act as a secondary status, or 'job stage'. The Custom Code can be given it's own name under the [[General System Settings]] screen. Once the name has been changed, this is what the field will appear as wherever it is shown.
+To add, view or edit Custom Codes, open the list within the Codes menu.
