Fault Codes are a dropdown code used on Field Reports, filled in by the Engineer. They are used to categorize the issue that has been found when filling in a Field Report. If a Field Report has multiple Equipment records, one Fault will be required per Equipment record.

Faults can be added, viewed and edited from the Codes list.

Faults can be added straight into the list, and edited using the pencil icon.
