To set up Call2field Mobile on an engineers Phone/tablet, they will first need to ensure that their device meets the requirements for Call2field Mobile.

To start with, the engineer will need to be sent the link to call2field mobile, this is usualy provided by a support Member either upon an install or an update to. If a link has not been provide then you can always request one from support@redzebrasoftware.com.
