Calll Note Logging
Call Note Logging allows you to choose which actions are auto-saved as Call Notes. to see this setting, navigate to the system settings section.
here you can choose which actions will result in a Call Note being logged. These changes are based around the Custom Code, the Engineer, and the Call Type
Be sure to click the save settings option once you have made your choices.
