Company
The Company View is where you can view a list of all companies that have opportunities or activities assigned to them, these companies can range from new companies that aren't actual customers yet, or they can be existing customers that are looking at expanding their call2field.
Company List View
The list view allows you to see all the companies that you have added, you can add a new company by clicking the “ add new “company” option at the top of the screen.
here you will be presented with a page similar to that when you view a customer or site list view, here you can view all the companies that have opportunities raised against them. if you would like to add a company in order to create an opportunity for them, simply click the “add new Company” button.
Here you will be presented with a page where you will need to fill in the info for the new company you wish to add, this includes company name and address. alternatively you can use the google search bar that is located above the company name field.
once you have filled in all the necessary info for the new company, you can save it by clicking the “save company” Icon on the far right of the screen
Editing Company Page
You can edit a company page by double clicking on a company to view it, you can the click on any of the fields you want to edit and re type the info in the respective field, once you have made the changes you want, click the “save” button on the top right of the corner of the screen.
Tabs
Above the Company record, you'll see the tabs which can be used to view linked pages. These tabs have been detailed below:
Contacts
The Company Contact tab stores any contacts which are linked to a Customer record. This allows for as many Contacts as necessary to be stored against the same record.
To add a new Contact, click the 'Add New Contact' button on the Contacts tab, and then fill in the pop-up window.
Once you have at least one Contact saved against the Customer, they'll appear in the Contacts list. You also have the option to set one as the 'Main Contact' which will show them on the main Customer screen.
Activities
The activities list is a list of scheduled activities between your sales team and the company. This could include on site appointments, phone calls, zoom meetings etc. You can also schedule follow up activities for your sales team.
You can also view completed activities by clicking on the “Show Completed Activities” tickbox at the top of the screen.
To edit an activity, click on the pencil icon next to the record. This brings up the activity edit window and shows all the details of that activity.

Opportunities
The opportunities tab displays the the opportunities that there are for the company, they can act as prelude to the activities tab, or as their own separate opportunity. This is where you will find all the opportunities for this company.
You can also view completed Opportunities by clicking the “Show completed opportunities”
To Edit an opportunity, click on the pencil icon next to an opportunity record and it will open up the opportunity edit window, where you can edit all the details for that opportunity.

Extra Info
The Extra Info tab is a custom tab which can be configured to suit your company needs and store extra information against a Customer record. It can also be configured and used in the same way for Customers, Sites, Equipment and Quotes.
History
The history tab allows you to view all the opportunities and activities you've had with that company in one easy place.
You can also add additional records to a company's history using the add history button.
Attachments
The Attachments tab is used to store files against a record. Many screens have an attachments tab, but all function in the same way.
To add a new Attachment, click the 'Add Attachment' button or drag & drop your file onto the yellow box. You can then view and download these whenever you need to using the eye and download buttons on the record.
To Edit an attachment, click on the pencil icon on the left of the list. This will open up the edit window where you can re-upload it, change the description or change it's privacy settings.
Public and Private attachments are visible or invisible to Mobile users respectively.
