Mapping
The Mapping screen is part of the Call Module, and can be used to plot where your Calls, Sites, and Engineers are on a map.
In order to view Engineer locations, you can either use the Location from the Call2Field Mobile web app, or a vehicle tracking system.
Mapping View
When you open the Mapping screen, there will be a Settings section at the top which you can use to filter what you see.

Here you can filter by Customer, Area, Call Type, Engineer, and Custom Code. You can also choose the range of Calls to see based on date and Call Status.
On the right of the screen there is also an errors section which can be used to show any issues that are preventing Calls from showing within the Mapping screen.
Click the ‘Criteria’ button to show or hide your filter section.
You can also click on the icons on the map to show more details.

Mapping Settings
Within the mapping settings you can choose if you want to be able to calls, sites and engineer location info. you can also specify what call types, status areas and engineers to view specifically e.g. to view one specific engineers calls swell as their Van location.

You can also choose how often the map itself updates in minutes, once you have made your specific settings/filters be sure to click the “Refresh Map” button, this will update the map to show the filters you've just applied.
