Portal Users
The Portal users view shows you all the users that can access the Customer Portal, you can also add or edit existing users from this view as-well.
To access this, click your Username on the top-right and choose System Settings.
When the System Settings Sidebar opens, select Portal Users.
To add a new user to the customer portal, click the “add portal user' from here you need to give the user a username, a login restriction (if they are restricted to a site or a customer),
You can also set what features the user will have access to inside the portal e.g if the call list is visible or if the equipment info can be changed by them.
You can then click the update option to save this new user to the portal.
