User
A User is created to log in and access Call2Field. Depending on the licence applied to your User, you can access different areas of Call2Field. A user can have more than one licence type if they need to access multiple areas of the system.
User Licence Types

| Online User | Access to Call2Field Online - the office-side of the system |
| Field Engineer | Access to Call2Field Mobile - the Engineer portal |
| Salesperson | Access to the Sales Module within Call2Field Online |
Add User
To add a new User, Go to the User list in the Codes menu and click Add New User. You'll need to select a valid Employee & User Profile to assign to your User. The Status will be Active by default.
Choose the Licence Type based on which parts of the system the user needs to access, and then click Update to save.
the password will be the same as the Username until it has been changed, e.g. if the Username is 'RedZebra', the password will be 'RedZebra'. Based on whether the Username meets our standard password requirements, the User will be prompted to change this when they first log in.
