User Profile Code

The User Profile Code is used when making a user, it specifies what access the user will have to the Call2Field software, in particular the modules they can access and their permission within those modules.

To view the user profile code list, head to the settings tab and navigate to the “Codes” section, here go to the “User profile” section and you'll see a list of every user profile type on the system.

The User Profile is assigned to the user and specifies which modules they can access within Call2Field e.g. customer module, Call module. The User Profile code can even specify if the user has the permissions to read, write, add, modify and even delete records in each module.

If you wish to add a new user profile to this list, click the “Add New profile” button at the top of the settings window, a window will open, here you can fill in The new user profiles name. You can then select what the permissions for this role are going to be.

once you have filled in the “Profile name” field and selected some permissions for the new user profile, to save it simply click the “Update” button on the bottom right of the window. This will add it to the list user profiles already on the system.
