View Licence
The View Licence page allows you to see your licence details. To access this, click your Username on the top-right and choose System Settings.
When the System Settings Sidebar opens, select View Licence to view your licence.
This screen is purely for information and can only be changed by RedZebra Software. Each section is explained below.
Field | Purpose |
---|---|
Licence Name | This is the legal name of the company who owns the licence. This should be your company |
Start Date | This is when the licence was first started. This is the first day you had access to Call2Field |
End Date | This is when your licence expires, and you will lose access to Call2Field. If you are close to this date, please contact support@redzebrasoftware.com to discuss renewal |
The next section details how many of each type of user you can have. The number works differently depending on the type of user.
Field | Purpose |
---|---|
System Users | This is the total amount of simultaneous users allowed to use Call2Field Online (I.E The total amount of logged in users on the main, office system) |
Engineer Users | This is the total amount of Engineer users you can have. One licence equates to one engineer user. |
Sales users | This is the total amount of users who can access the Sales (CRM) Module. One Licence equates to one user. |
The final section shows which system modules you have access to. Modules which are not ticked are disabled for all users. Each Module is also explained in detail in the relevant sections on this wiki.
